Mind-Body Connection

Our breath oxygenates our body and sustains us; it keeps us alive! When we connect to that breath, we connect not only to our physical body but also our inner life-force... Our soul. 

We do not believe that anyone has to subscribe to any religious doctrine or new age system if that is not what feels right to you... We don't need to call it meditation or prayer if that's not your thing... And we certainly do not have any hidden agendas or pass any judgement on differing beliefs. 

 

What we do have is a feeling most everyone would agree that your breath is pretty darn important, especially if you'd like to stick around awhile.  The consensus around here is that when we connect to our breath and become aware of our body, things begin to improve in pretty awesome ways.
